Review: E.L.F Eyelid Primer

How's your week doing? 

I've been caught up with many things at work but at least I can breakthrough all of that when I'm this space :D Although work is fully loaded, my interest on cosmetics and make-up application is still all time high.Though its not really required to look super good in my profession, I still believe that if I look pleasant it adds up on looking more professional.
They say that one way to attract attention is to have beautiful eyes. Having an eye make-up definitely brightens up the face. To keep my eyeshadow intact, I rely on eye primer. I may have a dry skin on my face but my eyelids are extremely oily.

I've been using this e.l.f. eyelid primer for quite sometime now. Other bloggers often compares this to expensive eye primer. Here in the Philippines there is only one shade available for e.l.f. eyelid primer which is Sheer.

If you also noticed, their package is simple and instruction on how to use the product is pretty much straightforward.

Using this doe foot wand, I find it easy to blend the primer all over my eyelids.

The actual primer is shimmery so you would need to blend it out evenly on your eyelid.

Please excuse the bushy eyebrows hehe! This picture was taken at my workplace so the lighting was quite good. I was using Avon's True Color Eyeshadow (Earth Tone) on this picture.

Here's another shot where I used frosted brown colored eyeshadow.

Please no harsh comments on the eyebrows hehe!....And this was taken when I got home from work. You can noticed that the color of the eyeshadow had faded already and it is starting to crease. And to sum it all up.....

What I like about it...

• Easy to blend and dries up quickly 
• Travel size packaging 
• Brighten up eyeshadow 
• Can somehow withstand my oily eyelids 

What I don't like about it...  

• Limited availability on your local department store
• Staying power is above average 
• Makes my eye make-up crease by the end of the day 

Will I try it again...?    

Yes. You can never judge a product by its price. You can't expect much on affordable cosmetics but e.l.f.'s eyelid primer was able to deliver good results. I have already considered this as a good find product. 

Richenna Bubble Color in Ash Brown

I've been dying to change the color of my hair and my first choice was to have an ombre hairstyle. Unfortunately, I can't afford it at the moment (;¬_¬). So I ended up trying a new brand of hair color that I saw at Watsons Robinsons Galleria. 

 Richenna Bubble Color

This product immediately caught my attention because of the kawaii packaging and korean letters LOL! I thought that it would be exciting to color my own hair. It only cost 350 pesos so I bought it straightaway after my payday.  I'm not good at product mugshots so please bear with me.

Hubby helped me with the hair coloring process. He was very supportive and excited on what will be the outcome of my newly dyed hair.

My change of hair color was not that successful. As you can see most of my hair is still colored deep black, it just gave me some brown hair highlights. Partly it was my fault because I knew I had thick hair but I insisted on buying only 1 set of bubble color which is around 50mL. If only I had doubled it maybe the results would be much better. 

I took this picture at my workplace. As you can see the it only gives a little hint of brown..pardon my frizzy hair. 

Richenna's Ash Brown gives off much more beautiful color under natural light. I was thinking of buying another 2 set of bubble color but I think it would be wiser to go to the salon. It was fun doing your own hair color but I would like to have better results. I found Kyuhyun of Super Junior hair color very interesting. I would like his hair color to be my ombre hairstyle LOL! Can you recommend any salon that can make my dream hair color possible? (｡ >艸<)

After wax care

After daring myself to go Brazilian~ thanks to Lay Bare waxing salon hehe! I have not forgotten to follow the guidelines of after wax care. This is my first time to try cold wax treatment and it was such a painful yet satisfying experience (*/∇＼*) キャ

I had to avoid hot bath,sweaty routines or there should be no watery activity at all because my skin pores are open and would be prone to allergic reaction. After like 8~10 hours I was able to wash myself normally and I did not forget to moisturize my skin specially those “parts” that has been waxed. 

You might want to try Nanny Rose's after wax salve. I've read this product over another blog and decided to try it. The packaging is so "earth friendly" as the product is wrapped by a brown carton box.  

  And this is where I bought it, product contents and its cost...such a lazy post (⌒▽⌒)

 The cream is inside a tin can..........I find this creative.

 What I like about it..

• Save Mother Earth packaging
• Chamomile scent
• Less to non-greasy feeling during application  
• Immediate moisturizing effect  

What I don't like about it..

I would like to share again my payday stuffs (^Ｏ^)

I decided to invest to my health..due to endless stress at work. It's expensive to get sick, so it would not hurt if I'll have few seconds in the morning to drink a multivatims. Aside from the fact that it would boost my body immunity it would somehow detoxify my body from stress.
 
I bought a Revicon Forte that has 30 tablets and costs 135 pesos. 

And to my endless problem of hair fall, I've also decided to try both the Pure Beauty Shampoo

and Pure Beauty Conditioner since it was sale at Watsons,Robinsons Galleria each bottle costs 199 pesos only.

No doubt that I enjoy even a simple shopping that I do every payday. Til my next loot bag

Rejuvinating Drink ~~旦_(^O^ )

I don't know what has gone into me but I have been researching for something to drain my stress. Aside from shopping and make-up therapy, I would like to be healthy and beauty from within. While we were shopping at Watsons (not so obvious that it's one of our favorite store) I noticed this small booth with leaflets on it and I opted to get one.
 
“The Aura of Youth – ivi” - a tagline of the product that immediately caught my attention. I've been researching how the products works. The product contains collagen that helps on the process of Neocollagenesis. This is the process of collagen replenishment on the body. Collagen makes up 80% of our skin and the process of neocollagenesis helps our skin cells to be healthy and brings back its  youthful glow.

I'll be trying this product soon enough and I'm so effin excited ヾ(●⌒∇⌒●)ﾉ

Honestly, I've been having insecurities on how I look lately. This is not good I know 。・°°・(>_<)・°°・。so instead of thinking this as being envy with other girls or a quest for being “forever young”, this is the cure for my stress ( -.-) ( -.-) ( -.-)

After spending 6 hours for rest day overtime, my good friend and I strolled our way to Watson's at Robinsons Galleria, I know..most of the “kikay” stuff that we buy is from that store (at different branches) .. (￣ー￣)(ー＿ー)(￣ー￣)(ー＿−)

I bought an Ever Bilena single blush-on with Vitamin E. I chose the shade of Tan as I really like “natural” and “earth colors”. This 4 gram blush costs 110 pesos. My friend Rinoa-chan gave me a Pure Beauty Super Brightening Eye Gel...though I can't really remember how much it costs o(>▽<)o . As you can see on the picture above I have problem of having a “visible” dark circle on my eye. I hope this eye gel would have a “big effect” o(´∇｀*o)(o*´∇｀)o

Oh! Oh! BTW...I have finally made my watermark for my photos..see I'm making a progress on my creativeness ξ＼(^。^ ))））） And I'm still learning some tricks on this bloody Photoshop

Tadah! I'm back with my second loot bag from my last payday  ..･ヾ(。￣□￣)ﾂ  This time I went shopping at Watsons SM Cubao.

I have purchased a Solo Care Aqua soft contact lens solution. I was not able to wear my lens for a week because I don't have enough solution to clean it up（＠＾＿＾)ゞ

I love wearing my lens as my eyes gets bigger like a doll...so cute ♪（*＾ー゜)ｖ（*＾▽＾*）*☆

Also I purchase some ponytails by Pinkbox.

I'm not good at hairstyle so its an achievement that I was able to do this look..see picture below (｡･_･｡)ﾎﾟｯ(｡･_･｡)ﾎﾟｯ(｡･_･｡)ﾎﾟｯ

Oh! BTW, I have not made up my mind whether I'd be doing a hair rebond or digiperm
