Food Trip at Banchetto Part II

~Ola

This is just a late post of our second Banchetto trip. This was unexpected because we were just lazy to cook and just remembered that there was a scheduled "food fiesta" at Cubao Araneta again
We just bought whatever we can and brought it home for an amazing dinner .

Banchetto
Burgers, pizza, tacos and fruit shake

Banchetto
This pizza is kinda disappointing though..it had too much olives, tomato sauce and red wine on it.
It taste definitely weird

Banchetto
I believe this is Taco Mucho..or Macho? haha..anyways this is very delicious.
This spicy tacos would be on our must buy list again
Banchetto
Sumptuous fruit shake

Banchetto
 Devastated double patty burger

Can you believe that I have a big appetite?
I love eating...its the most comforting hobby that I have haha!
~Oh btw, I'd be going out of town this weekend...I'm so freakin' excited. Wish me luck on my first airplane ride
God Bless everyone!

Banchetto Food Trip at Araneta Cubao

~Ola

Let me share to you a dining experience that we had last Saturday (October 20). We went to Banchetto which was located at the open parking area between Telus and Farmers Garden General McArthur Avenue, Cuabo Quezon City. We decided to do a little "food trip" as my hubby and I were starving  . I'm still stuck at a 6 days working schedule and eating is the best way to relax and enjoy my weekend . This will be officially my first Banchetto experience

Banchetto is actually an Italian work for "feast". This is the first overnight food fiesta that started at F. Ortigas Jr. Avenue (formerly known as Emerald Avenue) of Ortigas Center every 12 midnight until 11am of Saturday. This happened once a week were a portion of the road is closed and tents are setup for initially 14 vendors selling various selection of delicious food. They became a hype and now there are other Banchetto locations where people can experience great food

I was not able to take pictures of the actual place where Banchetto was held. We decided to bring home the food that we bought so we can eat comfortably

Banchetto
Chicken Kebab from Asian Grill..I hope I got the name right
This cost 95 pesos including the rice, you'll get a 5 pesos off if you opt to get the BBQ only.

Banchetto
I don't know where my hubby bought this Crab with Sweet 'n Chili sauce, this was around 100 pesos I guess...

Banchetto
Ziggy's Brock Monster Burger only for 150 pesos
I can't get enough of this double patty burger. I didn't really know at first on how
I would start eating it

We are getting ready for another Banchetto experience as soon as they get back here at Cubao. You may also check their Facebook page Banchetto for venue updates.

How about you..when did you last went to a food bazaar?
~See you on my next post

PR: Etude House I Need You, Green Tea! Mask Sheet

~Ola

How's your week goin'? I was not able to rest well as I've worked 6 days last week and only had 1 day to rest But I did not let the weekend pass without making up with hubby. I make sure that I'd be able to do something to make him smile

Anyways..let's get back to business hehe! Way back my payday I bought 2 sheets of  I Need You, Green Tea! Mask Sheet from Etude House. I've never used a mask sheet before so this is my first time as well. I chose the Green Tea mask because it claims to have an extract that soothes and comforts stressed and fatigued skin...sounds perfect for workaholic boys and gals
 Green Tea Mask Sheet
Quantity: 1 sheet
Volume: 23mL (0.77 fl. oz.)
Price: 58 pesos each sheet
Made in Korea

Green Tea Mask Sheet Etude House
I hope the picture is clear enough so you could see the directions for use and ingredients

Green Tea Mask Sheet Etude House
The mask sheet is big enough to fit on our face...see you can even see Rin-chan outside

Were like this for 30 minutes...sweetnesss overload!

What I like about it ..
  • The mask is big enough to fit your whole face
  • It's inexpensive
  • Hint of green tea smell
  • My face feels light and refreshed while the mask is on

What I don't like about it ..
  • The mask is dripping wet when taken out of the package
  • Some solution on the mask keeps on dripping from the edges while the mask is on my face
  • My face felt kinda sticky after removing the mask
  • After the leftover solution dried up on my face..my face felt kinda dried to
Will I try it again?
Yes and I'll even try different brands. I didn't really know what to expect on facial mask and the label said you would need to use mask like 2-3 times a week to see its effect. So I'll venture to a different type of facial mask next time. ~Urgh..I just remembered I still have some mask given to me on my birthday

What facial mask can you recommend for me to use?
~Well then..see you all on my next post

Honestly, I've been having insecurities on how I look lately. This is not good I know 。・°°・(>_<)・°°・。so instead of thinking this as being envy with other girls or a quest for being “forever young”, this is the cure for my stress ( -.-) ( -.-) ( -.-)

After spending 6 hours for rest day overtime, my good friend and I strolled our way to Watson's at Robinsons Galleria, I know..most of the “kikay” stuff that we buy is from that store (at different branches) .. ( ̄ー ̄)(ー_ー)( ̄ー ̄)(ー_−)

I bought an Ever Bilena single blush-on with Vitamin E. I chose the shade of Tan as I really like “natural” and “earth colors”. This 4 gram blush costs 110 pesos. My friend Rinoa-chan gave me a Pure Beauty Super Brightening Eye Gel...though I can't really remember how much it costs o(>▽<)o . As you can see on the picture above I have problem of having a “visible” dark circle on my eye. I hope this eye gel would have a “big effect” o(´∇`*o)(o*´∇`)o

Oh! Oh! BTW...I have finally made my watermark for my photos..see I'm making a progress on my creativeness ξ\(^。^ ))))) And I'm still learning some tricks on this bloody Photoshop
